HOW TO MONITOR SPECIFIC CHANGES MADE BY COMPETITORS USING THE "CHANGES" TAB

It’s been already mentioned how important it is to monitor competitors daily. When you’re well aware of their positions, their keywords and ads, you can make better decisions on PPC and SEO with REAL TIME DATA. Get specific changes your competitors are making. If the changes are improving your competitors’ positions, see what you can do to improve your own positions.

Go to the Monitor Competitors tab and press "Changes" – you will see all the changes that were made BY ALL OF THE DOMAINS YOU MONITOR in a certain period of time. There are filters above the table. As there are lots of changes, this one helps you to see the necessary info.
You can certainly choose start and end date and select Change type and Object type. Let’s take a closer look at the Change Type dropdown list.
Used again – means that the domain haven’t used Ad, Paid or Organic keyword for some time and then started to use it again.
Found/Not Found – means that Ad, Paid or Organic keyword were found/not found at the exact date
Position Improved/Worsened – means that position of the Paid or Organic keyword has changed from one page/position to another
And all the rest are specific changes that refer to Ads.
As well as the Change Type you’re welcome to choose Object type. They are:
-    Ad
-    Competitor
-    Paid keyword
-    Organic keyword
The data will be shown according to filters after pressing the "Apply" button.
So, if you for instance want to know how the position for Organic keyword has improved, you simply choose appropriate Change Type (Position Improved) and Object Type (Organic Keyword). And you’ll see the list of all these changes. Same can be applied to practically any changes. Please, note that you should press "Apply" every time you insert changes.

If you’re interested in changes of a particular domain, choose it in the list of domain names on the left – in the Monitoring tree control. You will then see only this particular domain changes.
